Hello!

Hi, my name is Dr. Eric Davis, the voice behind The 50+ Fitness Fanatic. I’m 57 years old — and proud to say I’m in the best shape of my life. But it wasn’t always this way.

For years, I struggled with energy, motivation, and the feeling that my best days of fitness were behind me. Like many people over 50, I thought slowing down was just part of getting older. Then one day, I decided to change that story. I started small — walking, lifting light weights, paying attention to what I ate, and most importantly, staying consistent. Over time, those small steps turned into a lifestyle.

Now, fitness isn’t just something I do — it’s who I am. Every day, I challenge myself to move, to grow, and to prove that age is not a limitation. The 50+ Fitness Fanatic podcast was born from that journey — a place to share my workouts, mindset, and motivation with others who want to feel stronger, healthier, and more alive than ever before.
