Week 9 - Consistency is the Currency

Week 9. The soreness is real now — the kind that settles into your legs before you even swing them out of bed, the kind that reminds you that yesterday wasn’t easy and today won’t be either. But here’s the thing: I still get up. Every single day. Because this is the part of the journey where most people slow down… and I refuse to be “most people.”
HYROX isn’t just testing my lungs or my legs — it’s testing my consistency. The name of the game right now is showing up, even when the body is tight, even when the mind wants a break, even when the soreness whispers, “Take today off.” I’m hitting the weights harder than ever, pushing through the burn, and dialing in on one mission: reduce body fat and sharpen the engine before game day.
Every rep, every run, every wall ball, every row — it’s all stacking. Week 9 isn’t glamorous. It’s gritty. It’s disciplined. It’s the quiet grind that nobody sees but everybody feels on race day.
I’m sore… but I’m rising. I’m tired… but I’m training. I’m locked in… because September is coming.
